Backed by 12 years of drone flight experience (spanning heavy commercial enterprise platforms and manual, high-precision FPV flight dynamics), the Remote Pilot in Command retains absolute statutory authority to postpone, cancel, or modify operations if weather, structural, or airspace hazards compromise safety protocols.
Operations are fully backed by comprehensive Commercial UAV Liability Insurance satisfying EC 785/2004 requirements, providing dedicated anonymous indemnity protection up to £5,000,000+ per operational deployment to shield assets and public interests. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Beyond Gravity Perth retains master intellectual property rights over all raw aerial video footage, imagery, 2D orthomosaic maps, and raw radiometric thermal data files captured during survey operations. Clients receive non-exclusive, perpetual licenses to utilise final report datasets upon full payment.
